In everything we do, we are committed to drive change for people affected by diabetes.
We work with people with diabetes and those who care for them to gain a deeper understanding of their needs. Our pioneering science ensures we consistently improve treatment options, and by doing so expand the opportunities to live well with diabetes.
We also take an innovative approach by addressing the challenges of diabetes as a whole, partnering with professionals and organisations to offer direct support and education. Through this we empower people with diabetes to be active in self-managing their condition and to achieve better health outcomes.
Changing diabetes also means taking action on a joint responsibility to address the advancing diabetes pandemic. This requires us to extend our focus beyond treatment and challenge systems, political priorities and long-term health expectations worldwide. Across advocacy platforms we collaborate with global organisations and governments to drive awareness, prevention and equal access to care.
Through our actions we will break the curve of the diabetes pandemic, and we will measure and report on our progress. Until we defeat diabetes, we will continue to support people in living fuller, healthier and more productive lives.

WDF is dedicated to supporting prevention and treatment of diabetes in developing countries.
