Novo Nordisk among the 100 most sustainable companies world wide
At this year’s World Economic Forum held in Davos, Novo Nordisk was once again rated among the 100 most sustainable companies in the world.
The Global 100 was first launched in 2005 and Novo Nordisk has been on the list since then. The Global 100 companies are sustainable in the sense that they have displayed a better ability than most of their industry peers to identify and effectively manage material environmental, social and governance factors impacting the opportunity and risk sides of their business.
As one out of seven companies within the health care industry to make the list, Novo Nordisk is rewarded for its Triple Bottom Line business approach striving to be economically viable, socially responsible and environmentally sound in every part of its business.
